Placing an Order
Getting started is easy, send us a detailed inquiry via email or visit us in person at our studio/retail location. Personal connection is very important to us, so each project begins with a one-on-one consultation. Once we have the details, we will provide a thorough quote for your review. All services require a 50% deposit to begin production.
Our design services cover an array of projects from branding & identity to a variety of illustration work. The design process will vary by project, but in the end we will provide you with a completely one-of-a-kind design personally adapted to you or your business.
For most projects, the typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks unless otherwise noted upon inquiry. We typically book out at least 1 month in advance, so please keep considerate timing and turnaround in mind when contacting us for custom inquiries.
Payment & Terms
All custom work requires a 50% deposit to begin production. Payments are preferred in cash or check made to Prickly Pear Paper. Once our work is completed, the remaining 50% balance is required for final delivery of the end product. A 2% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
